Blueberry Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

Vegetarian!

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups blueberries
13 oz Coconut milk
3 oz water
5 tablespoons raw organic cacao powder
1/2 cup chia seed
Stevia to taste

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Add water to one can coconut milk to make 2 full cups.
  2. Place all ingredients except stevia in blender
  3. Blend on high until well blended and thick. Add stevia to taste.
  4. Pour into bowl and chill in refrigerator for about 3 hours.
