Jonesborough Locally Grown:  Jonesborough Saturday Market 10/18

What a great day on tap at the market this week.

Our farms are still producing a lot of vegetables; lettuces, chard, kale, okra, beets, bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, limited supply of fresh oyster mushrooms, sweet potatoes, buttercup winter squash, celriac, radishes and much more.

We will have some art at the market happening with two local artist, Pat Sheets and Charles Jones, painting market scenes throughout the morning. Come and check out the talent.

Attention all kids! We have pumpkins for you to decorate and take home. The pumpkin tent will be set up next to the information booth. Come on by, select a pumpkin, create your own art and take home for display.

Music will be provided by Blue Ridge Entertainers!

Stop by, have a cup of East Tennessee coffee, listen to some great music, admire the art and enjoy the market. October 25th will be the last market for this season. BooHoo :(

See you on the street
