Serves: Makes 4 -1/4lb burgers.
1 pound Ground Burger Meat: Beef, Pork,Turkey,Bulk, or Chicken
1-2 Tbs. McGuffey Herb & Spice Southwest Mix
Step by Step Instructions
- Mix Southwest Mix into 1 lb ground meat and shape into patties. Best if allowed to rest in refrigerator for 1 hour, but can be used right away.
- Prepare on grill, under broiler or in frying pan as you would any other burgers.
- Enjoy !
