Broccoli Salad

Serves: I have no idea! A double batch lasts about 2 days around here.
Ingredients
1 head
organic broccoli, broken into bite-sized pieces
1 medium
organic onion, finely chopped
1/2 pound
natural bacon, browned, drained and crumbled
1/2 cup
roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup
organic raisins
1/4 cup
sugar or stevia
2 Tbs.
white vinegar
3/4 cup
Miracle Whip or mayo (I use the Miracle Whip)
Step by Step Instructions
- Mix broccoli, onion, bacon, sunflower seeds and raisins in large bowl. Mix the sugar, vinegar and Miracle Whip together until well blended, pour over salad. Refrigerate for 24 hours, stirring every few hours.
