Serves: I have no idea! A double batch lasts about 2 days around here.

1 head organic broccoli, broken into bite-sized pieces
1 medium organic onion, finely chopped
1/2 pound natural bacon, browned, drained and crumbled
1/2 cup roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup organic raisins
1/4 cup sugar or stevia
2 Tbs. white vinegar
3/4 cup Miracle Whip or mayo (I use the Miracle Whip)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Mix broccoli, onion, bacon, sunflower seeds and raisins in large bowl. Mix the sugar, vinegar and Miracle Whip together until well blended, pour over salad. Refrigerate for 24 hours, stirring every few hours.
