Braised Greens

Serves: 4 servings

1 pound Braising greens
2 tbs olive oil
1-2 cloves fresh garlic minced
1 small onion chopped more if you like
feta cheese
2 tbs Flavored vinegar your favorite

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Rough chop the greens mix
  2. In a large skillet heat olive oil, Add garlic and onion and saute for 2 min. Add greens and braise until wilted.
  3. Remove from pan drizzle with vinegar. sprinkle feta cheese over top and serve
