Ingredients
1 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Lime juice
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 cups Sliced strawberries (fresh or frozen)
2 cups Vanilla ice cream
1 teaspoon Lime zest

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Melt the butter over medium heat in a saucepan. Stir in the brown sugar, lime juice, and cinnamon. Cook stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add the strawberries to the saucepan and let cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Serve the ice cream topped with the cinnamon mixture and lime zest
