Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts (trimmed & halved)
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
Salt & pepper to taste

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and prepare the veggies.
  2. Toss the Brussels sprouts with the olive oil, vinegar, and minced garlic to ensure a nice coating.
  3. Season the Brussels sprouts with salt and pepper, then place them onto a baking sheet flat side down.
  4. Roast the Brussels sprouts for 20 to 25 minutes to make sure they're crispy & tender!
