Fish Sauce

<p>When I was first developing my fish rub recipe, I gave my sister a jar of it and asked her to try it out. She came up with this recipe. It works for grilled, broiled or fried fish and also tastes great as a dip for fish sticks.</p>

Vegetarian!

Ingredients
1/2 cup green onions sliced
2 Tablespoons butter
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon Slow Dog Not Just Fish seasoning
3 Tablespoons sweet red wine
1/2 teaspoon garlic chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Saute green onions in butter. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. While still warm, pour over fish or use as a dip for fish sticks.
