Fresh Spinach Salad

Serves: 8-10


Ingredients
1 lb Fresh spinach
2 Hard boiled eggs
6 strips Bacon
Croutons
1 Small Onion
1/2 cup Veg. Oil
2 Tbsp Vinegar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Ketchup

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Boil and slice egg. Fry bacon until crispy then crumble. Mix with spinach.
  2. For dressing dice onion and mix with vinegar, oil, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, and ketchup. Drizzle over salad shortly before serving.
