Sour Cream Cornbread

<p>This is delicious cornbread. Great to dip in the &#8220;pot liquor&#8221; when you cook your favorite greens! Or try it with some of Southern Swiss Dairy&#8217;s fresh salted butter!</p>

Ingredients
1 cup Freeman's Mill Self-rising Cornmeal
2 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup cream style corn
1 cup sour cream

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450. Grease a 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix first 4 ingredients well. Fold in sour cream last and mix well.
  3. Pour into baking dish and bake until golden brown. Cool 5-10 minutes before cutting.
