Beef & Kohlrabi stir fry

1 lb grass fed beef, sauteed
1 onion sliced
4 carrots, peeled and sliced
1 kohlrabi peeled and sliced into 1/4-1/2" slices & quartered
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
2 TB + coconut oil
1 zucchini sliced and quartered
Step by Step Instructions
- Saute veggies in oil until tender in large fry pan, while cooking the beef in a separate pan. Combine when they are done, along with spices, and add additional coconut oil to moisten.
