2 tsp 2 teaspoons ground ginger
1/2 tsp 1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 tsp 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 tsp 1/2 teaspoon ground mace
1/2 tsp 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
