Quick and easy Swiss Chard

Serves: 3 to 4 servings


Ingredients
1/4 Cup Chopped pecans
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
1 Teaspoon Fresh, minced garlic
1/4 Cup Chicken broth
3 Tablespoons Diced onion
6 Cups Swiss Chard cut in ribbons
Salt and pepper

Step by Step Instructions
  1. In heated pan with no oil, stir pecans until lightly browned. Reserve until later.
  2. Place the olive oil in heated pan. Add garlic and onions. Quickly add chicken broth, then the Swiss chard and cover immediately. Let steam 1 minute.
  3. Add reserved pecans and salt and pepper to taste.
