Grandma's Tomatoes

Vegetarian!

Ingredients
4 Large Home Grown Tomatoes, sliced
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 Tbs. McGuffey Herb & Spice, Maria's Italian Dressing Mix
1 to 11/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, grated

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Arrange sliced Tomatoes in a shallow casserole dish.
  2. Wisk together the Olive Oil and the Maria's Italian Dressing Mix in a small bowl. Pour over the tomatoes evenly.
  3. Top with Parmesan Cheese.
  4. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
