Easy Garlic Kale
<p>Kale, one of those dark green leafy vegetables is sure to leave your tummy smiling. Step by Step Instructions
- Soak kale leaves in water approximately 2 mins in large bowl and then rinse thoroughly for any debris. Then remove kale from bowl without drying the leaves. Cut and remove stems, discard. Next, chop kale into 1 inch pieces.
- Over medium-heat, heat olive oil in large skillet, stir in garlic until sizzling, about 1 minute. Add kale to the skillet and cover.
- Stir occasionally, while cooking approx. 5-7 minutes. Kale should be bright green and somewhat tender. May be served warm or cold. Enjoy!
