Quick fix cold rice & squash

Serves: depends on you

1 cup per serving left over cold rice
1/2 to 1 jar The Veggie Patch's squash chutney

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Just mix together proportionally to how many servings you want. If you want less liquid, drain the spicy chutney. It doesn't need much seasoning, but you can season it to taste with a little more salt and pepper. Looking forward to using this more during the summer for potlucks! I made this as a cold dish...but we also have used the chutney in hot rice dishes as well.
