Refreshing Lemongrass and Ginger Tea

Serves: 1 pitcher
1 pitcher spring water
1 leaf fresh lemongrass
5 slices fresh ginger
honey to taste
optional: fresh mint and/or stevia leaves
Step by Step Instructions
- Boil water.
- Chop up lemongrass into 2-3" pieces.
- Thinly slice ginger root. Some people remove the outer skin. It's ok to leave it on too.
- Add all the ingredients to a glass pitcher and stir.
- Serve hot or pour over ice and ENJOY! DELISH!
