Ingredients
2 TBLS OLIVE OIL
2 CLOVES GARLIC
1 CUP MUSHROOM
3 BUNCHES SPINACH - WASHED AND STEAMED
1 TBLS LEMON JUICE
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

Step by Step Instructions
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, heat the oil. Add the mushrooms and garlic and sauté for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the spinach, cover, and steam for 2 minutes. Add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.
