Pea Hummus

<p>Can be made with any beans — fava beans, edamame, pinto, black beans, lima beans, lady peas, cannellini beans, sadandy peas, pink-eye peas, zipper peas, any field pea. The tahini can be skipped or substituted.</p>

Ingredients
2 cups shelled field peas, cooked and drained
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp tahini
olive oil
salt and pepper

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into food processor, adding olive oil slowly process until smooth. Add a little water if consistency is too thick.
  2. Serve with pita chips or raw veggies.
