Almond cookies

Serves: 4

1 Cup Vegetable oil
2 Eggs Duck eggs for best taste
1 Cup Almonds , chopped.
1 Tea spoon Baking soda
3 1/4 Cup All-purpose flour

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Mix together all ingredients .
  2. Shape batter into small balls .
  3. Place the unbaked cookies on a ungreased cookie sheet .
  4. Bake at 350 Fahrenheit for about 20-25 minutes Should look golden brown.
