Seafood Spaghetti Sauce

Serves: About 1 quart


Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Condensed tomato soup
1/3 cup Olive oil or butter
1/4 cup Chopped onion
3/4 cup Chopped green pepper
1/2 cup Fish stock
1/2 pound Cooked diced shrimp (lobster, crab, or tuna can also be used)
1/2 pound Diced cheese
Seasonings to taste

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Heat the soup. Melt the butter or oil in a saucepan over low heat and stir in the onion and pepper until the mixture is transparent.
  2. Stir in the hot soup and fish stock. Once the sauce is hot, slowly add the shrimp or other seafood ingredient and stir constantly.
  3. Remove the sauce from heat and stir the cheese of your choice until it has melted. Season to taste and pour over your pasta.
