Step by Step Instructions
- Freeze watermelon chunks overnight on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Place the now frozen watermelon in a food processor or blender with lime juice and let sit for about 5 minutes to thaw slightly. Blend until the mixture is smooth, adding warm water and scraping the sides if necessary. Try a little and see if you want to add any honey.
- After you have finished blending you may either enjoy the sorbet immediately or let it firm up in the freezer for a few hours first.
