Pork Hearts in Butter

Ingredients
2 Pork hearts
1/5 cup Butter
2 Large onions (or multiple small ones)
4 Cloves of garlic
2 pinches Salt
8 sprigs Parsley (chopped)
1 Carrot

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Wash the hearts with cold water and cut them into small pieces and set them aside. Cut the carrot into small pieces Cut the onions into rings and fry them in some of the butter until they become transparent. Add the carrot.
  2. Fry the mixture for 3 or 4 minutes more, stirring continuously. Add the chopped hearts and salt, then fry everything and soften.
  3. Add the remaining butter, add hot water, place a lid over the pan and stew for 20 minutes on a low setting. Add the parsley, let it simmer a few more minutes then remove from the heat and serve.
