Step by Step Instructions
- Preheat oven to 225 degrees
- Slice the pear or pears as thinly as possible, then place the slices on a cookie sheet that is lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 2 to 3 hours, checking on them periodically. Be sure to store them in a sealed container.
