Roasted Muscadine Grapes

Ingredients
4 cups Muscadine grapes, halved and seeded
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil
Bread for serving, if desired

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and halve and seed the grapes.
  2. Place the grapes on a sheet pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the olive oil and toss the grapes together to ensure an even coating.
  3. Spread the grapes out evenly across the pan, then roast them for about 30 minutes. Remove and allow the grapes to cool. Can be served on bread or set aside as an ingredient for salsas.
