Muscadine Salsa

<p>This sweet and spicy southern salsa is a great way to make use of muscadine grapes if jams and pies aren&#8217;t really your thing! This recipe uses Roasted Muscadine Grapes as one of its ingredients. Can be used as a dip for chips or served as a topping over beef, chicken, pork, or fish. Serves: 3 cups


Ingredients
1/2 Small red onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Lime juice
1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
1 cup Grape tomatoes, quartered
2 cups Roasted muscadine grapes
1 Jalapeno pepper, chopped
1/3 cup Cilantro, finely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Combine onion, lime juice, and red wine vinegar in a bowl and let the mixture sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Next, dd the grape tomatoes, roasted muscadine grapes, jalapeno, and cilantro. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir until well combined.
  3. Serve as a dip for chips or as a topping over beef, chicken, pork, or fish.
