1 head Kale
2 tablespoons Olive oil
Salt and/or other spices for seasoning if desired
Step by Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 275 degrees.
- Remove the ribs from the kale leaves and cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces, then lay them on a baking sheet and toss them with oil and any seasoning you are using.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, turning the leaves over after 10 minutes.
