Kale Chips

Serves: 4

1 head Kale
2 tablespoons Olive oil
Salt and/or other spices for seasoning if desired

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 275 degrees.
  2. Remove the ribs from the kale leaves and cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces, then lay them on a baking sheet and toss them with oil and any seasoning you are using.
  3. Bake for about 20 minutes, turning the leaves over after 10 minutes.
