Ingredients
2-3 Persimmons (sliced)
1 Firm pear (sliced)
Fresh basil leaves
Mozzarella cheese (sliced)
1 Baguette (sliced)
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Balsamic vinegar glaze (premade or self made)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Drizzle the baguette slices with olive oil. Toast the slices under a broiler until they are golden.
  2. Top each slice with a slice of pear, a slice of persimmon, some basil leaves, and a slice of mozzarella, then top with some Balsamic vinegar glaze and the desired amount of salt and pepper.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
