Serves: 1 3/4 cups
Vegan!

Ingredients
4 Persimmons (peeled and cubed)
2 tablespoons Minced onion
1 1/3 tablespoon Lime juice
1 tablespoon Minced fresh basil
2 teaspoons Minced Serrano pepper
Or jalapeno
2 teaspoons Minced fresh mint
1 teaspoon Minced and peeled ginger
Salt & pepper to taste

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, then and add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
