Cabbage Goulash

Ingredients
1 pound Bulk pork sausage
1 pound Ground beef
1 Large onion or several smaller ones (chopped)
28 ounces Tomatoes (diced)
6 ounces Tomato paste
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
10 cups Cabbage (shredded)
Bread for serving

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Cook the sausage, onion, and ground beef in a large pan until the meat has browned.
  2. Stir in all the remaining ingredients, and bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Serve with the bread of your choice.
