Cabbage and Rutabaga Slaw

Vegan!

Ingredients
2 cups Rutabaga (peeled & diced)
2 cups Cabbage (finely chopped)
1/2 cup Onion (finely chopped)
1/4 cup Fresh parsley (minced)
1/2 cup Apple cider vinaigrette
Chopped apple (optional)
AND/OR Chopped pear (optional)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and toss them until they are well mixed.
  2. Refrigerate covered for 3 hours.
  3. Serve!
