Feta & Chive Muffins

Serves: 1 dozen
Step by Step Instructions
- Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl and set the mixture aside.
- Combine the eggs, milk and butter in a separate bowl, then stir this mixture into the flour mixture. Fold in the feta and chives.
- Fill 12 greased or paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes.
- Cool for 5 minutes, and serve while still warm!
