Ingredients
1 tablespoon Olive oil
3 medium sized Zucchini (cut into thin slices)
1/2 cup Sweet onion (chopped)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Dried rosemary
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup Feta cheese (crumbled)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Saute the zucchini and onion for 6 to 8 minutes.
  2. Stir in seasonings, add the vinegar, and cook while stirring for 2 minutes.
  3. Top with the feta cheese.
