Multicolored Banana Berry Smoothies

<p>A lovely summer treat! You&#8217;ll need to freeze the raspberries, blueberries, and one of the bananas in advance. If you want it to look a little more blue you can add a few drops of food coloring, but it isn&#8217;t required.</p>

Ingredients
FOR THE PINK SMOOTHIE:
1 Banana
1/2 cup Raspberries (frozen)
6 to 8 Strawberries (hulled and chopped)
1 cup Milk
FOR THE BLUE SMOOTHIE:
1 Frozen banana
1/2 cup Blueberries (frozen)
1 cup Milk
a few drops of blue food dye (optional)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Blend the banana, frozen raspberries, strawberries, and milk to desired thickness. Transfer the mixture a pitcher and set aside.
  2. Rinse the blender.
  3. Blend the frozen banana, frozen blueberries, milk, and dye (if using) to desired thickness.
  4. Divide the smoothies between two glasses, layering the blue and pink on top of one another.
