Roasted Balsamic New Potatoes

Ingredients
3 tablespoons Olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons Thyme leaves (dried)
1 teaspoon Rosemary leaves (crushed)
1/8 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
4 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
2 pounds Red potatoes
3 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Heat your oven to 375 degrees. Mix the olive oil, thyme, rosemary, nutmeg, and garlic together in a measuring cup. Cut the potatoes in half.
  2. Place the potatoes in one lager on a nonstick 15x10x1-inch pan, drizzle the potatoes with the olive oil mixture and toss to coat. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
  3. Remove the potatoes from the oven, drizzle them with balsamic vine gar, toss to coat. Return the potatoes to the oven for 5 more minutes. Remove them from the oven again and sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
