Roasted Balsamic New Potatoes

3 tablespoons Olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons Thyme leaves (dried)
1 teaspoon Rosemary leaves (crushed)
1/8 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
4 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
2 pounds Red potatoes
3 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
Step by Step Instructions
- Heat your oven to 375 degrees. Mix the olive oil, thyme, rosemary, nutmeg, and garlic together in a measuring cup. Cut the potatoes in half.
- Place the potatoes in one lager on a nonstick 15x10x1-inch pan, drizzle the potatoes with the olive oil mixture and toss to coat. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Remove the potatoes from the oven, drizzle them with balsamic vine gar, toss to coat. Return the potatoes to the oven for 5 more minutes. Remove them from the oven again and sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
