Roasted Figs with Honey

Ingredients
12-15 Figs
3 tablespoons Butter
3 tablespoons Honey
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
CAN BE USED TO TOP:
Plain yogurt
Frozen yogurt
Ice cream
Crackers
Bread/Toast
And cake

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Clean the figs, trim the stems off, and cut them lengthwise. Set the figs aside.
  2. Melt the butter over medium heat in a frying pan, then add the honey and gently stir them together. Once combined, add the figs (cut side down) & vanilla. Cook for 5 minutes, shaking occasionally and spooning the butter mixture over the figs.
  3. Serve warm, as a topping.
