1 1/2 cups Corn (removed from the ear)
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Butter
3/4 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
Toppings of your choice such as:
Sliced green onions
Step by Step Instructions
- Saute the corn, salt, and pepper in butter until the corn is tender.
- Stir in the shredded cheese.
- Serve and top with the toppings of your choice.
