Sauteed Corn with Cheddar

Serves: 2

1 1/2 cups Corn (removed from the ear)
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Butter
3/4 cup Cheddar cheese (shredded)
Toppings of your choice such as:
Crumbled bacon
Sliced green onions
Sliced peppers
And/or herbs

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Saute the corn, salt, and pepper in butter until the corn is tender.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheese.
  3. Serve and top with the toppings of your choice.
