1/2 cup Plain yogurt
1/4 cup Crumbled feta
2 teaspoons Fresh mint (chopped)
1 teaspoon Lemon juice

4 Hamburger buns or other suitable rolls
1/4 Red onion (sliced into rounds)
Arugula (for serving)

  1. Combine the yogurt, feta, mint, and lemon juice in a bowl by stirring. Season with salt & pepper and set aside.
  2. Divide the ground lamb into 4 equally sized patties. Make a small indent in the middle of each, then season the patties with salt & pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the burger patties for 6 minutes on each side.
  3. Spread the yogurt sauce on each top and bottom bun. Place a patty on the bottom bun, top it with onion & arugula, then place the top bun.
