Air Fryer Carrots

Ingredients
1 pound Carrots (peeled)
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (shredded, optional)
2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped, optional)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Place the carrots into a bowl and drizzle with the olive oil and stir. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt and pepper onto the carrots and stir gently to coat.
  2. Place the carrots into the air fryer in a single later (work in batches if necessary). Air fry at 380 degrees for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  3. After the carrots have cooked, you can sprinkle them with Parmesan cheese and/or fresh parsley if you desire.
