2 to 3 pounds Pork belly (sliced into thin strips)
Dip of your choice
Step by Step Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut the pork belly into 1 inch by 1 inch pieces.
- Place the belly pieces in an even layer on a baking sheet and top with sea salt. Bake for 25 minutes, flip, salt again, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes more.
