Shrimp Salad Sandwiches

1/2 pound Shrimp (as small as possible, boiled/steamed, and peeled)
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Creme fraiche
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Fresh dill (chopped)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Bread for serving
Step by Step Instructions
- Chop the shrimp into small pieces, then mix them and the mayonnaise, creme fraiche, lemon juice, dill together (preferably with a mixing bowl). Add salt & pepper to taste.
- Spread the shrimp mixture onto one slice of the bread, then add the other. Repeat this step to make the 2nd sandwich, then enjoy!
