Shrimp Salad Sandwiches

Serves: 2

1/2 pound Shrimp (as small as possible, boiled/steamed, and peeled)
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Creme fraiche
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Fresh dill (chopped)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Bread for serving

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Chop the shrimp into small pieces, then mix them and the mayonnaise, creme fraiche, lemon juice, dill together (preferably with a mixing bowl). Add salt & pepper to taste.
  2. Spread the shrimp mixture onto one slice of the bread, then add the other. Repeat this step to make the 2nd sandwich, then enjoy!
