Serves: 4

Ingredients
1/2 cup Butter
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
1/3 cup Mustard
1/4 cup Honey
Zest from 2 lemons
1 teaspoon Lemon pepper seasoning
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 pounds Chicken wings (split)
Salt & pepper to preferance
1 cup Flour (for dredging)
Oil for frying
Lemon wedges (for garnish)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Heat a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter in it, then add the minced garlic. Cook the garlic for 1 to 2 minutes. Add mustard, honey, lemon zest, lemon pepper, and lemon juice. Reduce the heat to low, simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, then set aside.
  2. Rinse & pat the wings dry before seasoning with salt & pepper. Dredge the wings in flour, remove any excess flour, then set the wings aside.
  3. Heat the oil in either a deep fryer or a sufficiently large saucepan to 375 degrees. Fry the wings in batches for 8 to 10 minutes each round. Set the wings aside to drain.
  4. Once all the wings have been cooked, toss them with the lemon-mustard sauce until well covered, then serve with lemon wedges for garnish.
