1/2 cup Peanut butter
3 tablespoons Pureed beets
1 tablespoon Tapioca flour
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup Brown sugar
Step by Step Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Put the peanut butter, egg, and brown sugar into a bowl and mix them together. Add the beet puree, tapioca flour, vanilla and chocolate chips and mix well.
- Scoop out spoonfuls of dough, roll them into balls, then flatten the balls. Bake for 10 minutes, then serve.
