Pomegranate Beet Citrus Smoothie With Mint and Ginger

Serves: 5-6

1 1/2 cups Beet juice (4 beets)
2 cups Pomegranate arils
2 whole Lemons (peeled)
7-8 Clementines (peeled)
1 tablespoon Grated fresh ginger
1/2 cup Mint leaves
3 cups Ice

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Juice the beets in a juicer.
  2. Peel the lemons & clementines, and scoop the pomegranate seeds.
  3. Put all of the ingredients into your blender and blend on high speed for 20 to 30 seconds, or until the smoothie reaches the consistency you desire.
