Spinach and Mozzarella Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
12 small Whole small cremini mushrooms or white mushrooms
1/2 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup Spinach leaves (chopped)
2 teaspoons Dried Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon Olive oil

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees or a grill to medium heat. Mix the mozzarella, spinach, and seasoning in a bowl until combined.
  2. Wipe dirt off of the mushrooms with a wet paper towel and cut off the stems. Place 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture into each mushroom.
  3. Spread the oil around a baking dish or grill pan if grilling. Place the mushrooms onto the tray cheese side up, then bake or grill for 20 to 25 minutes.
