Firecracker Shrimp

Ingredients
1/2 cup Chili-garlic sauce
2 tablespoons Spicy chili oil
1 tablespoon Sriracha
1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Cayenne (or paprika for milder, or ghost pepper flakes for hotte)
1 teaspoon Lime juice
Salt & pepper to taste
1 pound Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 tablespoon Olive oil
FOR GARNISH:
Fresh chopped parsley
Spicy chili flakes
Sliced hot peppers

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Whisk the chili-garlic sauce, chili oil, sriracha, vinegar, honey, cayenne, lime juice, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Set the marinade aside.
  2. Put the shrimp into a bowl and add half of the marinade. Toss until the shrimp are well coated. Refrigerate for 5 to 10 minutes. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, then cook the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Brush the shrimp with more of the marinade.
  3. Serve garnished with parsley, chili flakes, sliced hot peppers, and additional marinade.
