Oxtail Cabbage Soup

Serves: 2

1/2 pound Oxtail pieces
1 Onion (chopped)
8 cups Water
1/2 of a Cabbage (cut into small pieces)
2 tablespoons Fish sauce
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 tablespoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 cup Sliced green onion
1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Put the oxtail, onion and water into a pot and increase the temperature to start the soup boiling, then cover and simmer for 2 hours.
  2. Remove the lid, add the cabbage and cook until bubbling, season, and serve topped with green onion & cilantro
