Oven Baked Sweet Potatoes

<p>An easy twist on a baked potato! Olive oil and seasonings are optional, these potatoes are also flavorful on their own!</p>

Vegan!

Ingredients
4 medium sized Sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons Olive oil (optional)
1 teaspoon Salt (optional)
1/2 teaspoon Pepper (optional)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Rinse and scrub the dirt off of the potato skins, then poke holes all over the sweet potatoes with a fork.
  3. OPTIONAL: Drizzle the sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper
  4. Wrap each potato in aluminum foil (make sure the piece of foil goes around the potato twice and that the ends are tightly wrapped)
  5. Put the wrapped potatoes onto a baking sheet and bake them for about 50 minutes. Once they're fully cooked, cut them open and enjoy!
