Maple Pecan-Rosemary Salmon

Ingredients
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon Whole grain mustard
2 teaspoons Maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon Orange zest
1 1/2 teaspoons Orange juice
1 1/2 teaspoons Fresh rosemary (chopped)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1 1/2 pounds Salmon fillet (about 1-2 inches thick)
1/4 cup Pecans (chopped)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and prepare the ingredients.
  2. Mix the garlic, mustard, maple syrup, orange zest, orange juice, rosemary, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl.
  3. Put the salmon fillet onto the baking sheet and rub the mixture all over it. Sprinkle the pecans onto the salmon and gently press them on to make sure they stick to the meat.
  4. Bake the pecan coated salmon for 16 to 20 minutes.
