Creole Brussels Sprouts

Vegetarian!

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts (trimmed & halved)
2 tablespoons Butter (softened)
1 tablespoon Creole mustard
1 teaspoon Lemon zest
1 clove Garlic (grated)
Chives (chopped)
Salt & Cayenne pepper (to taste)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Mix the butter, mustard, lemon zest, and grated garlic together in a bowl.
  2. Prepare the Brussels sprouts, then boil them for 6 minutes. Drain the water
  3. Toss the Brussels sprouts with the mustard mixture and some chopped chives to ensure they are coated. Season to taste.
